As part of the travel contract, there are General Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read them carefully since they set out each of our rights and responsibilities. The General Terms and Conditions provide details about the types of services you can expect, how to make changes or cancel your trip, and the responsibility of both parties in the event of a dispute. It is important to read them carefully so that you understand what is expected of you and what your rights are.
If you request that we confirm your booking, we are entitled to assume that you have read and agreed to these booking conditions. Please advise us of any special requests prior to making your booking. We are ready to answer any inquiry you may have. If you would like a specific trip, we offer you a base designed to meet your requirements. The company respects the privacy of its clients and keeps any money paid to it for a trip in a client account until the trip departs.
It is necessary to make reservations well in advance, especially during the holidays. During this time, places tend to be more crowded, so it’s important to make sure that you have a place to stay. If you don’t make reservations in advance, you may not be able to find a place to stay or the rates may be much higher than you expected. During Normal seasons, 50% of the total amount of the reservation must be paid as a deposit from your total amount; at Christmas and New Year, 50% of your total will be paid to secure all of your reservations.

Cancelation Policy
Cancellation should be received in writing document by email in case the cancellation happened before 40 days from the departure date it will be subjected to 6% of the total amount received it will be deducted by the bank for transaction fees. If a tour participant is canceled his/her reservation the following fees will be applied:
- Between 30 to 15 days before arrival date 25% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
- Between 14 to 7 days before arrival date 50% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
- Between 7 and 4 days before arrival date 75% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
- Between 3 and 1 day before arrival date 100% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
- Also, the cancellation fees on all domestic flights in case you book a tour and you would like to cancel it at any time before your tours, the cancellation fees of the domestic flights are subject to the airline’s cancellation policy which changes from case to another.

- 6 – 11.99 pay 50% of tour price
- 12+ pay full tour price as per adult person
if your tour includes airfare then an extra charge for child rate may apply.
